Leadership Development solutions typically can be categorized as either assessments or interventions.
- Assessments : Focus on predicting the leadership competencies that need to be improved in an employee. Assessments include standardized tests like MBTI, DISC, and Hogan and 360 degree evaluations developed by the organization.
- Interventions : Focus on increasing the leadership competencies. Multiple types of interventions are available including training, eLearning, coaching and mentoring. The purpose of an intervention is to improve the leadership competency that the assessment has identified.
Our research efforts are focused on creating more effective leadership interventions and not to create yet another assessment. Dharma's solutions have been designed to easily fit into existing leadership development strategies:
- Can be used to improve the leadership competencies identified with any assessment tools available to the organization. This flexibility implies that the organization does not have to modify any of their existing leadership development practices.
- Can be used in conjunction with other interventions being used by the organization. As Dharma’s solutions focus on developing personality traits to improve leadership competencies they can be used in conjunction with all existing interventions without creating any conflicts.
Dharma's solutions should be viewed as an intervention module that can be easily added to existing leadership development programs to further improve their effectiveness.
