Dharma together with Michigan Technology University conducted an intervention to increase the Emotional Intelligence of 26 undergraduate students enrolled in a leadership course. The intervention was to develop the critical foundation trait of each student and therefore improve the EI of the student.

Objectives:
Increase the Emotional Intelligence of students enrolled in an leaded ship course.

No. of participants:
26 undergraduate students.

Impact 1:
Preliminary result showed an average improvement of around 10% for the EI domains (self awareness,self management and relationship management).

Impact 2:
The weakest competencies specific to each individual had an average improvement between 20% and 30%.

Intervention:
To balance the primary trait of each student and therefore improve their EI.
