Dharma's interventions are based on the standardized assessment being used by the organization to measure their employees. On receiving the results of the assessment for an employee and the specification of one or more competencies that need to be improved for the employee Dharma can start the intervention. Once the program is complete, the assessment is redone your organization to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.
The intervention program lasts for 8 weeks and requires the following investment of time from the employee:
Any personal information shared with the mentor and the personality traits that are being worked on are treated as confidential information and not shared with the employee's organization.

Each of the Dharma programs has two levels and an employee can register for the second level only after graduating from the first level and continuing to practicing on that level for a minimum of 3 months.
